Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Wholistic Paws! We are committed to getting your order safely and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order. 

Processing Time:

Orders typically processed withing 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or product launches. 

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

We currently offer shipping within the United States only. All shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. 

Perishable Products:

To maintain freshness and product integrity, raw or fresh items may only be available for local delivery or in-store pickup. These products will not be shipped unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may affect product temperature. 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses or returned due to failed delivery attempts. 

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your package leaves our facility, we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number if your package is missing or delayed. 

Returns Due to Delivery Issues:

Orders returned due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts may be subject to a restocking fee and additional shipping charges. Perishable items are not eligible for shipment or refund in these cases. 

Local Pickup & Delivery:

If you select local pickup at checkout, we will notify you when your order is ready. Local delivery is not available at this moment. 

Order Tracking:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
